Services Purchases:

You may cancel your payment or request a refund before the service is delivered. Once the service is used, no refund will be issued.


Assisted Plans:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, you can request for refund or cancel your payment before the expert dealing with your case starts doing it. No refunds shall be entertained once work has been commenced as resources and working hours invested in processing your service.


Plan Changes:

Any alterations to the purchased plans need to be made through TaxShapers themselves. The customer shall be required to provide his/her reasons, after which TaxShapers will make payment adjustments based on predetermined outcomes.


Duplicate Payments:

If you have been charged twice for services or products due to a technical glitch on our part, you shall be granted a refund.



Miscalculated Charges:

In the event of an improper charging calculation, the TaxShapers will process a refund after conducting an investigation.


Verification Process:

Refunds are processed in accordance to the customer’s claims and material evidence that has been provided.


Non-Compliance or Misuse:

Consumers who abuse this service or did not follow the rules set when signing up for an account will not get a refund. In such cases, services will be cancelled.


Refund Timeframe:

Customers are required to make their refund requests within 5 working days after the payment. Approved refunds should be processed in 3-5 business days.


Payment Gateway Charges:

It should be noted that refunds will be processed net of payment gateway charges where necessary.


Government Payments:

They don’t offer reimbursement of filing fees or taxes that were paid to government, which TaxShapers is not affiliated with.
Service Delivery Issues:
A cancellation or a refund will only be considered in cases where the features & deliverables of the product or the service have not been met by reason of factors beyond the customer.
Government Department Payments:
All payments for government agencies’ services are non-refundable.
Refund Format:
Any refunds will be made in the form of credit notes.


Discretionary Refunds:

All cancellation or refund requests are subject to the approval of the TaxShapers management.

Unfulfilled Orders Due to Customer:

  • If our experts are unable to fulfill your order due to a lack of documents or requisite information from you, you will not be eligible for a refund. TaxShapers reserves the right to cancel your order, and any payments already made will be forfeited.
  • If you withhold information pertinent to your case, resulting in our inability to fulfill your order, you will not be eligible for a refund. TaxShapers reserves the right to cancel your order, and any payments already made will be forfeited.
